B. TRADITIONAL CREMATION SERVICE
with church or chapel ceremony concluding at graveside.
This service includes but is not limited to 24
hour attention of a licensed funeral director, administrative and
professional staff for coordinating and directing the ceremony; obtaining
necessary and required legal documents necessary in order to complete the
ceremony and cremation; notification to local newspapers, ministers,
musicians, cemetery and crematory, and others involved in the ceremony;
removal of deceased from place of death (within 25 mile radius) to the
funeral home; embalming and other sanitary care of the deceased by a
professional embalmer and assistants including dressing, cosmetics, and
casketing in a rental casket of your choice; use of , use of funeral home
facilities for visitation, use of chapel for ceremony or transfer of casket
and flowers to church; direction of ceremony, removal of remains from rental
casket and placement in container required by crematory, transportation to
crematory, cremation of remains, return of remains in temporary container,
tent and cremation set-up at graveside; transportation of remains to
cemetery, direction of graveside service.
Also includes personalized memorial register book and standard memorial
folders. Automotive equipment includes removal vehicle, funeral coach,
and service vehicles. Does not
include merchandise selected such as cremation urn; cemetery fees, taxes or
cash advance items.
